Wulff Architects + Interiors partnered with the private owners of 2400 Chestnut Street, when the deciding to renovate and relocate the Building’s Amenity Center.  This 34-story mixed-use residential building serves at home to University of Pennsylvania Students and family alike, therefore the design of the new amenity center needed to be flexible for all residents to enjoy.  This 5,500 square foot center includes a large community space, with individual and shared study pods, a full service fitness center, and new leasing office to allow residents to have immediate access to the property management team.  Located on the main entry floor of the building, residents have access to a vibrant fitness center open 24/7, located on the exterior window line to maximize views and natural daylight into the space.  Directly adjacent, residents can enjoy a large community living room space with furnishings that encourages interaction with accessories and amenities to accommodate study groups. The property management office, strategically located near the building’s entrance on Chestnut Street, neighbors the fitness center and the community living room, with polished glass office systems, which allow transparency between residents and the property management team.
