330 Carter Road

The complete renovation of this 216,000 sf, 1960's Skidmore Owings and Merill building represented the first phase in Wulff Architects, Inc.'s design  for the Hopewell Business Campus (totaling 6 buildings and 800,000 sf). Everything was removed from this building down to the existing structure. All new MEP systems, roof and exterior wall systems were installed to create an A-level corporate office environment. The lobby, elevators, stairs, toilet rooms and core areas were designed for maximum flexibility and efficiency and incorporate an upscale corporate aesthetic.
