Wulff Architects is seeking an Architect with 5-7 years of experience who enjoys collaborating with clients and being part of a project team from start to finish.

Located in Center City Philadelphia with easy access to public transportation
Position is full-time in person / with work from home option on Fridays, after six months of employment.
Same-day travel to project job sites may be required.
Past work experience in an architectural and/or interior design office is required.

Responsibilities
Field verification/surveying
Preparing and modifying existing electronic files / CAD drawing maintenance
Work closely with the design team and Principals to complete projects in a fast-paced environment
Development of Schematic, Design Development and Construction Documents
Modifying drawings to ensure the incorporation of Senior Design Team review comments
Communicating directly with clients and attending client meetings
Performs product research; assists project designers and project architects with materials selection and system research
Prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings
Required Skills
Proficiency in REVIT is required
Proficiency in AutoCAD required
Proficiency in 3D Rendering software such as Sketchup, REVIT and Enscape
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to effectively meet deadlines
Ability to multitask daily
Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
Graphic Modeling and Rendering skills are not required, but are beneficial
