The Residences at 2 Liberty Place

Wulff Architects, Inc. collaborated with Noble Hampton, Inc. to reposition and transform the Residences at Two Liberty Place’s Amenity Center. The team worked together to seamlessly unite classic and modern materials with modern furnishings and art work. Natural stone and wood textures are elevated by the surrounding plush furnishings to create a welcoming, sophisticated and elegant interior.  The renovation included a range of new amenity offerings for the condominium owners, including: a sunset community room, a large full service kitchen, aquatic fitness, strength training rooms, places for yoga and meditation, cardiovascular fitness, regulation billiards, remote work spaces and conference rooms. The process included heavy engagement and collaboration with the condominium board, the project management team and the general contractor and the design teams to craft this state-of-the-art amenity space.
