Sunoco Logistics Partners LP

The campus-like setting of Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square attracted Sunoco, which was looking to consolidate several departments and convey a more contemporary image at the same time. The new, angular façade with its sleek, metallic materials and expansive glass creates drama where there had once been a lackluster, average corporate office building. The focal point is the museum-like main lobby with an abundance of natural light, open space, and sculptural pieces of art on display.
