Gene One Head Quarters

GeneOne American Headquarters renovation project is located at 535 Pennsylvania Avenue in Fort Washington, PA . In conjunction with BALA Consulting Engineers, Wulff Architects designed and documented this office to laboratory conversion project.  The project scope included 3,000 square feet of research work spaces, private offices and collaborative team meeting areas, and new biopharmaceutical laboratories for research and development that occupy 5,300 square feet of the second floor, with the option to expand into the adjacent remaining 4,400 square feet.  The AE Team worked closely together in coordinating the existing building structural conditions to accommodate the reconfiguration and replacement of the existing building systems to meet the research and development laboratory requirements.
