He is experienced in all phases of design, from Design Development through Construction Documentation, as well as Master Planning. His thoughtfulness, clear communication and organizational skills serve him well in Project Management roles. He is proud of his prior work with the ACE Mentor Program of America, which helps mentor high school students and inspires them to pursue careers in design and construction. Jesse is known in the office for being hardworking, reliable, an all-around nice guy, and the caretaker for the office mascot, Colby the dog.
