Madison Apartments- Lansdale

Madison Lansdale Station is a transit-oriented, mixed-use development located in the town center of Lansdale, Pennsylvania. The 16-acre site is located directly across from the highly-trafficked SEPTA Lansdale station and incorporates a bridge from the development, over the railway tracks and into the new SEPTA parking garage. The development includes 182 market rate apartments in 6 residential buildings. Two of the buildings, which frame the new plaza, have generous first floor retail spaces which are consistent with the scale and fabric of the existing downtown streetscape. The new plaza is strategically located adjacent to the town’s existing public plaza and designed to form one large and contiguous urban space for community events and street fairs. In addition to the generous residential amenities, the site also connects the town’s bike and walking path to a larger network of paths for both recreational users and commuter access.
