NEW BRITAIN CORPORATE CENTER

CHALFONT, PA

In 2007, DaimlerChrysler Financial services relocated from nearby Horsham Township to this new, 70,000 sf, two-story brick building in Chalfont, PA. Wulff Architects designed the Core, Shell, and Corporate Interior of this project and worked closely with DaimlerChrysler to develop a bright, cheery and playful atmosphere throughout. This was achieved with bold paint colors and floor patterns, whimsical lighting, and large-scale wall graphics. The fit-out included open workstation areas, offices, conference rooms and a variety of break-out spaces for either employee enjoyment or to promote inter-departmental communication. The large cafeteria and multipurpose room features a two-story high ceiling with expansive windows that permit natural light as well as views of the outdoor landscape. These areas also have vibrantly colorful tables and seating.  The “Philly Bistro” cafe and Game Room sports Philadelphia-themed graphics, neon signage, a bold floor pattern, decorative lighting and retro-styled furniture.
