The Knitting Mills

Now rebranded as The Knitting Mills, Wulff Architects, Inc. collaborated with Equus Capital Partners to redevelop the 53-acre parcel into a mixed-use Corporate Center Headquarters site.  The historic Berkshire Knitting Mills, was transformed into a dynamic center for business and technology that will continue to support the surrounding community.  The redevelopment included select renovations to create more open space, parking and community amenities. With excellent access to Route 422, downtown Reading and the adjacent Wyomissing residential and commercial districts, this development was positioned for prime occupancy.  Major tenants include UGI Energies, Tower Health, Sly fox and Knitting Mills Grocery Store.
