This 14,000 square foot, three Class C operating room Ambulatory Surgical Center is located in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. The project team collaborated closely with the end user to develop a facility that supported the medical needs of the end user with welcoming aesthetics to comfort patients. As part of this relaxing environment, a 10,000 gallon salt water fish tank is located in the reception area for patients to enjoy. The project was completed on a demanding construction schedule with a construction cost of just below $2 million dollars.
